Yup, we went to Yellowstone again. It was to celebrate mine and my best friends birthday (mine was Thursday and hers was yesterday). There was me josh and Hyrum, then her, her husband and their one year old girl. We left a little after 1.
In between Idaho falls and rexburg, WE GOT PULLED OVER. Yikes. We honestly think the cop was bored and just looking for something to do. He was very nice. Just let us go with a warning, thank heavens!
We got to west Yellowstone at about 3. We were worried about the weather because it started raining, but it turned into a great day. It was cold but that's why there's jackets. We went to fire hole first which is a pretty waterfall.
Then we went to one of the board walks to look at the geysers. And man it was BUSY!!
We then of course had to go to old faithful. We got there just in time for it to go off which NEVER HAPPENS. It was awesome. We didn't stay too long so we didn't get pics.
We then drove around the long loop so we could see more of the park. It was so pretty and green. We basically just drove the rest of the way only stopping and looking for a couple minutes.
We went down the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, saw those waterfalls. VERY PRETTY.

Then we went to the mud volcano. Which is a mud geyser. Pretty awesome. It's also got this cave inside this mountain that has smoke and stuff come out of it so it looks like a dragon lives in there. So cool!
We just drove to mammoth. We didn't get any pics there. It was starting to get late. So we changed the kids and got them ready for bedtime. And we left.
It was a VERY long day. But it was so much fun! We're excited to do more with them soon. Yes, we didn't get home til about 12:30 but I wouldn't have it any other way. It was so much fun! Other than that, there's nothing exciting. So until next time...
