As you read previously, Joshua got a new job. And his job is at Bear World. Bear world is a place that has a lot of fun things. There's a little drive to see animals, like elk, dear, buffalo, and of course...bears. There's about 50 bears. wow! And they also have a little amusement park for kidlets. They also have "curator tours" which is where you can go with a group and a tour guide and get a VIP tour. Thanks to Joshua's job, we get to do everything for FREE!! and all the food, souvenirs and everything else is 1/2 off! woo! We had a blast. It was extremely hot, but it was a great day. We took Josh's 3 year old cousin with us and he had so much fun, it was adorable! Here are some pictures we took of the day.
This deer was adorable. i just wanted to take him home with me! He kept following us around and just wanting to be petted and he kept licking us!
this is a WHITE ELK! apparently there's only ONE in 6 MILLION. crazy stuff!
We were on the top, and we got to feed the elk some hay! It was fun watching them chase the hay and such.
We also got to feed the bears! They were the cutest things ever!! They knew the bus and what we were bringing for them. They would like chase us down. They got on their hind legs and would catch the pieces of bread in their mouths. so cute!
This little guy "Arnold" was my favorite. He's only 7 years old and he was huge! he would get bread and catch it in his mouth and in between that he would clap for us! so stinkin cute!
The huge moose they have. This is a terrible picture, but it was HUGE. and it had antlers and everything! super cool!!
So yes, it was a great day. I had a blast. I can't wait to do something else with Joshua.
