The happiest place on earth!

 Last week was AMAZING! This might be long but I'll try and keep it shorter. 

We drove the 14 hours to Anaheim California for disneyland! It was the three of us plus my parents and lil brother. It was a very long car ride! But Hyrum was a champ! 

The first day we drove 8 hours to Saint George Utah! It was a beautiful day! We also got to see family that we haven't seen in years so that was fun! 

Day 2 we drove the rest of the way to California! After we got there we just ordered in and made our plans for in the parks. We stayed in a condo which was awesome! It had 2 beds, 2 baths and a full kitchen (even a dishwasher! And washer/dryer!)

Day 3 we started in disneyland. The park opened at 8 but my parents couldn't join us then because they had a meeting of some sort and didn't get there til about 11. During the morning, our first ride was its a small world and Hyrum loved it! We then headed to toontown since that's aimed more for kids and my parents didn't want to do it. We also saw Minnie there.

Later that day we watched mickeys soundsational parade. It was so much fun! We've never seen this parade before so that was cool :) Hyrum loved it! 

The park closed at 6 that day so we headed over to California adventure to ride tower of terror. One of the best rides ever. 

Day 3 we started in California adventure. We had to run to the "new attraction" even tho it's more than 2 years old because it's so popular. It was such a fun ride! Definitely a favorite.

One thing we totally recommend doing while in California adventure is the world of color! It's a nighttime show with water. It has water, fire, music, pics and clips of disney shows! It is amazing! Last time we were there it was still under construction so it was cool to be able to see it this time! 

 Day 4. Since it was our last day in the parks we decided to hit both of them to do stuff we haven't done yet or wanted to do again. We started in California adventure so we could ride the new ride again. This was also the hottest day, it got up to 102*! Since it was so hot rides kept breaking down. Boo!

My parents are awesome. Since we had a full kitchen we hardly ate out. We had Alfredo the first night in the park and the last night we had a pot roast, mashed potatoes and corn! 

Day 5 (last day in California!). We drove down to San Diego to see the Mormon battalion. It was pretty interesting.

We then went to del mar and to the beach! This is the third time going to California but only the first time going to the beach! Hyrum wasn't sure what to think of it.

That night we went to Cheesecake Factory for dinner and it was delicious!! 

Day 6. We left Anaheim :( we drove from there to my aunts house in Orem (about 10 hours)

Day 7 we drove the rest of the way home (4 hours). Nothing too exciting. I didn't even get pictures. It's nice being home. I really missed my bed. But I miss it there. The heat, the ocean, the tall buildings. 

I love my parents and they are the greatest! We so appreciate what you do for us! We love you guys!
